DOCTOR ACCUSED OF INDECENT ASSAULT

Two young women have accused Dr Seetohul of Victoria hospital of indecent assault. The two patients said that Dr Seetohul has committed on them on the night of the 29th August 2009. Dr Seetohul who works at the Victoria hospital was arrested by police. He was later bailed, he denied the accusation. Dr Seetohul said to police that he had been framed by the two patients.
Police have opened an enquiry on this matter. Dr Seetohul has also reported to his Union that he was brutalized by the police when he was arrested. He was admitted to Victoria hospital on Monday 31st August 2009.
On the other hand , the Ministry of Health has declared that Dr Seetohul has not been suspended from his work because according to the Ministry: “It was just an allegation, we shall wait for the conclusion of the police enquiries before coming to a decision”.
