WOMAN ATTACKS MOTHER-IN-LAW WITH BOILING OIL

In the course of a domestic dispute Hema Budree, a 36 years’ old woman, poured boiling oil on the face of her 67-years’-old mother-in-law, Soomawtee Budree at the family home at Piton, Riviere du Rempart. According to neighbours, both women live in the same house and there is a history of long domestic dispute between them.
Soomawtee Budree was admitted to the Burns Unit of Victoria Hospital at Candos where it is said that her condition is not that serious.
Hema Budree was arrested on by police and a charge of murder attempt has been made against her.
